Philosophy

The grey of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain, with the red of the marl, contrasts with the green of the vines and the brightness of the olive trees.

The alchemy between the plantations (olive trees, vines and lavandin), the nature and the balance of the constructions, confirms our determination to preserve a unique and preserved space by respecting the Provencal cultural traditions.

Indeed, our vineyard and our crops (olive groves, truffle oaks and aromatic plants) are conducted in organic farming.

Herbicides and pesticides are forbidden. Treatments against mildew and powdery mildew are mainly prepared with sulphur and Bordeaux mixture. In the same way the fertilizers are approved organic agriculture.
